uPDATE REGARDING adjustment to consultation fees.
For the past 15 years (12 years in Darwin), I have been committed to providing evidence-based physiotherapy care to the community, helping patients recover from injury, manage pain, and achieve their health and performance goals.
This change aligns with the Australian Physiotherapy Association's Hourly Rate for the Provision of Physiotherapy Services report, released on 17 September 2025, which established a sustainable benchmark for physiotherapy services across Australia. The report recognised the increasing costs associated with delivering high-quality physiotherapy, ongoing professional development, clinical governance, and maintaining best-practice patient care. When you book a session at Custom Made Physio you are getting practitioner with 15 years of hands on experience. You get specific individualised care, which extends beyond the contact hours including exercise programming management and a commitment to ongoing learning.

here is some guidance on pricing and appointment types. if you aren’t sure which appointment you need to make, give us a call and we can help you work this out.
Initial Physiotherapy Consultation (45 minutes) - $190.00
Standard Consultation (30 minutes) - $145.00
Standard Plus Consultation (45 minutes) - $175.00
Extended Consultation (60 minutes) - $220.00
Physio Cyclist Assessment - $450.00
* Private Health Care rebates may apply
Department of Veterans Affairs and other third party patients are welcome and are encouraged to call to make their initial appointment. Medicare Referrals (ATSI and EPC) are accepted at Custom Made Physio and require a valid referral from your GP. The same private fees apply to Medicare referrals however you receive a rebate from Medicare on the price.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, Custom Made Physio requires 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within this period will incur a 50% of booked consult fee, including those on Medicare, DVA or third party referrals.
