Strength & Conditioning For Running
With the dry season approaching, it’s time to be lacing up your trusty running shoes to hit the roads and trails around Darwin!
From Wednesday the 16th of April, we will have a running-focused strength and conditioning class from 5-6pm each Wednesday with our physio, Ben, in the gym at Custom Made Physio.
This will involve a combination of strength, control, and plyometric exercises, all customised for the level of each individual participating.
Whether it is to get rid of that persistent niggle, or to help increase performance before your next race, strength and conditioning is vital to help you run to your maximum potential!
